Moreover, The National Health Insurance plans actually permit individual employees to select from four different plans—thereby reducing the overall cost to the employer. Some employees, for example at younger ages, may wish a catastrophic health insurance plan, while other employees may want more comprehensive coverage.

Two of these National Health Insurance plans also include some dental, vision and hearing care. As a participant, employees also gain $20,000 in Group Term Life Insurance AT NO ADDITIONAL COST!

H.R. Servs., Inc., NV . also offer an H.M.O./P.P.O. product through the Blue Shield (Blue Cross in certain states). This program provides for a $10.00 co-payment for most treatment, but is limited to facilities and physicians on their approved list. Of course, the cost is proportionately cheaper.

 

Dental Insurance

An independent dental plan is offered through the Guardian Dental Group Program. The deductible is waived for preventative care, but is only $50 for basic and major care. The plan pays 100% for preventative care and 90% for Basic care. Major care is still covered at 60%.

Medical/Dental

An especially attractive feature, is that this plan still pays 100% Preventative, 80% basic and 50% major expenses OUTSIDE OF THE NETWORK! The deductible can apply to in and out of network benefits.
