Employee leasing is one of today's newest management strategies. By transferring your employees to H.R. Servs., Inc., NV , H.R. Servs., Inc., NV becomes the legal employer of record. H.R. Servs., Inc., NV assumes the responsibilities and liabilities for the employees to all government agencies. These responsibilities are not only time-consuming but can prove expensive to companies that do not fully understand them. Follow this link to view data from the State of California.

By transferring your employees to our payroll, you also transfer many "non income producing" tasks to us. Since we are specialists in handling these tasks, we will most likely be able to complete them more efficiently and at a lower cost. Where premiums are involved as in medical and dental care, we usually command a better rate because of our large number of employees. Your Workers'Compensation premiums will, most likely be, lower. Furthermore, because of our understanding of the rules, we can usually take advantage of allowed deductions of which companies with less experience may not be aware.

For example good leasing companies know that some types of income are excluded when calculating workers' compensation premium payments. In most states, these include overtime payment, bonuses and sick pay, many companies, on the other hand, are unaware of these exemptions and over pay their premiums.

Another common cause of overpayment is the selection of the wrong classification code. This can increase the premium by $10.00 or more per $100.00 which would result in an overpayment of $2,000 or more on a $20,000 income. For more examples of how we can save you money and time, contact us.
